Email Setup in Gmail on Android OS

To set up your TPG email address on Gmail simply follow the steps below.

1. Open Gmail and select the menu icon.

   

2. Scroll to Settings.

   

3. Select Add account.

   

4. Select Other. 

   

5. Enter your TPG email address and hit Manual Setup. 

   

6. Select POP3. 

   

7. Enter your TPG password, then tap Next.

8. Change the Incoming Server details as follows:
   
   Server: mail.tpg.com.au
   Port: 995
   Security Type: SSL/TLS

   

9. Change the Incoming Server details as follows:
   
   Require sign-in: On
   SMTP Server: mail.tpg.com.au
    

   

10. Click Next.

11. Select your desired Sync frequency (how often the app will check for new mail) and notification preferences, then tap Next.

12. Adjust the Account name and Your name as desired, then tap Next to finish.

    

13. You should now be able to access your TPG email through the Mail app. We recommend that you send an email to yourself to confirm that you can send and receive email.
