Email Setup in Samsung Android OS

To set up your TPG email address on Samsung Mail simply follow the steps below.

Please note: The appearance of the default Email app may vary depending on your Samsung device and/or Android version.

1. Open the Email app on your Sansung device.

2. Tap Other.

   

3. Enter your email address and password.

4. Select Manual Setup.

   

5. Under Select account type, tap POP3 account.

   

6. Change the Incoming server settings as follows:
   
   Server: mail.tpg.com.au.
   Security type: SSL
   Port: 995

7. Change the Outgoing server settings as follows:
   
   Server: mail.tpg.com.au.
   Security type: SSL
   Port: 465

8. Toggle Require authentication to send emails to ON and enter the email username (@tpg.com.au not required) and password

   

9. Select Sign in to finish.

10. You should now be able to access your TPG email through the Samsung Email app. We recommend that you send an email to confirm that you can send and receive email.
