How to reset password for your TPG login

If you've forgotten your password or your TPG login doesn't work for you, you can reset your TPG password through our website.

  1. Go to tpg.com.au.
  2. Hit the Account icon at the top right of the page.
  3. Hit Forgot your password? under the Login button.
  4. Follow the steps to reset your password. An SMS will be sent to the mobile number listed on your TPG account.
     
    Can't reset you password or need to take over an account via Power of Attorney? Call us on 13 14 23 and we'll help you.
